All hunts are self-guided, allowing hunters to chase Alaska big game in a prime location without breaking the bank.
Dakota Ocean Charters will transport you on the vessel, CURRENT LADY, to an area, then act as your floating hunting lodge while you stalk your trophy. Once dropped on the beach, you are on your own until you radio in for pickup each day.
We are NOT Guides. We act as TRANSPORTERS only.
Add-On Fishing
As with many other big game, the best hunting is early in the morning and late in the evening. This leaves plenty of time midday to target halibut and other sport fish.
Meals Included
All meals are prepared on board by your captain and crew. This allows you to better focus on the hunt while maximizing your time.
